Emperor Mateus of Palamecia

A character I have no prior experience with outside of Dissidia, it's none other than the Palamecian Emperor himself!

I do plan on playing Final Fantasy II one of these days, but in the meantime I really only do have Dissidia to go by. So I'm not completely sure what he's like in the original but I hope I've managed to convey his personality properly. The background is meant to be the top floor of the Castle Pandemonium, but I only had a few references and I know the size proportions are messed up... I hope it doesn't look too bad otherwise

I wanted to create a digital artwork that would surpass my Seymour chibi :I I just messed around with lighting effects but I don't really know whether Pandemonium actually glows like that...
